XANA GPT Dashboard

Now that you’ve signed up and personalized your profile, it’s time to customize your XANA GPT experience with the easy-to-navigate Dashboard.

Website Setting

To customize the Chatbot or provide training data, you need to click the “Setting” button.

You’ll be taken to the “Setting” page, which will look like the following.

Website Information

On this page, you’ll have the option to customize the Website Name and URL – along with the website icon you can upload from your device (PC).

You can find setup settings as follows in case you need assistance integrating XANA with your website.

Chatbot Setting

Here you’ll find all the Chatbox customization options.

Color Theme

You can customize the color theme of your Chatbox, so it matches your website’s theme more closely.

Chatbox Background

You can go a step further and choose the background for your conversations.

Welcome Message

A personalized first message leaves a good taste. We encourage you to choose a question that best suits your tone.

Voice Chat

With XANA GPT, you can offer a more inclusive experience through text and voice. To enable Voice Chat, click the toggle button and make sure it’s green.

Personal Training

If you want to customize your XANA GPT, the AI-powered Chatbot, this is the place. You can enter specific questions and provide appropriate answers to train the AI engine. Or you can also upload the training file (CSV) and let the AI train from it – for a more brand-driven user journey.

Billing

You can add/remove payment methods here.

Danger Zone

If you want to remove your website from XANA GPT, click the “Confirm Website Removal” button. We suggest, you reach out to our technical support team and discuss your issue. Because removing the website will result in the deletion of:

• Your trained data

• The chatbot

• Plans & subscription.

Note that all data related to the registered website will be non-recoverable.
